The glimpse of 4 giants of Karakorum including the king of mountains K2 and the 9th highest Killer mountain of Himalaya has no match in the world.There is no glacier like Baltoro, it is a sacred place of Nature, a sanctuary of mountains, the most beautiful mountains in the world, mountains with magical names that evoke dreams and adventures. Concordia, the junction of Baltoro and Godwin Austin Glaciers with several other tributaries and a place serving as the base for the four giants of Karakurum is wild, hard, inhospitable and inhuman,while fairy meadow is beautiful lush and green, but it’s in all of this where its beauty, enormous fascination and power is found.

Day 1: Welcome to Pakistan and shifted to hotel from airport.

Stop At: Islamabad, Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory
Welcome and receiving at Islamabad International airport and shifted to the Hotel by our guide/staff. Here meet with the group and during the day visit to the famous bazaars, Mosque and other places in Islamabad/Rawalpindi depending on available time.
Welcome dinner at Damen-Koh will be organized.

Day 2: Islamabad to Skardu (45 minutes flight)

Pass By: Nanga Parbat, Astore Pakistan
Given good weather, we will fly to Skardu (perhaps the most spectacular commercial flight in the world, with magnificent views of Nanga Parbat the 9th highest mountain in the world.

Day 3: Explore Skardu and get relaxed

Pass By: Kharphocho Fort, Skardu Pakistan
Today will do the briefing with ministry of tourism in Skardu and the rest day is yours to relax and explore the city. You might go to Bhudha rock, Shangrila, Kharphocho fort, Sadpara lake or Katpana cold desert. We will be busy with the paperwork and sometime it takes two days to clear the documents. Don’t worry, we have a contingency day if required for any delays

Day 4: Jeep ride to Askoli via fertile fruit laden valley Shigar (5-6 hours drive)

Pass By: Shigar, Shigar, Gilgit-Baltistan
Today we take a Jeep ride to Askole 3,300m/ 10,827ft. The last village between us and K2 from where we begin our trek towards K2 the following morning.

Day 5: Trek to Jula via Panama valley and passing Biafo glacier (20km 5-7 hours walk)

Stop At: Biafo Gyang Glacier
We set off early to avoid the heat of the day. The route is gentle and enjoyable. We cross the Biafo Glacier on the way and get our first sight of the Paiju pinnacles. We will be trekking for around 5 to 7 hours to the Jula camp today.

Day 6: Trek to Paju camp

Stop At: Paiju
Trek to Paiju (3,380m) 6 to 9 hours walking. The path is quite loose in places and again it is likely we will have to take boots off where the river has flooded the path in a few places. Paiju is a green oasis under the shadows of Paiju Peak (6,611m). From this camp we have the first views of the immense Baltoro Glacier.

Day 7: acclimatize day at Paiju camp

Stop At: Paiju
Today is a rest day at paju to aid acclimatization and an important resting point for porters, they prepare food for the trek ahead. Normally there is much singing, drumming (or barrel bashing) and dancing amongst the porters with a real feel good atmosphere!

Day 8: Trek to Khobursey

Stop At: Baltoro Glacier
Another early walk of approximately one hour brings us to the snout of the Baltoro. After viewing the outpouring of melt water from the ice we climb up on to the back of this great beast. At this point the ice of the glacier is completely covered by rubble and rocks and the going here can be quite tough.Finally reaching at Khoborsay camping place (3800m). We would be able to see the cathedral Towers, the Trango and the striking rock tower of Uli Biafo. A great day of treeking over difficult and mixed terrain.

Day 9: Trek to Rdukas

Stop At: Urdukas, Pakistan
Today is a short day. We continue Baltoro glacier on the lateral moraines or sometime glacier itself, passing great Trango and the isolated pillar of the Nameless Tower to our next camp Rdukas (3900m).This is truly awesome place hundred meters above the glacier we should reach here in time for a late lunch and the rest of the afternoon is free to tend to camp chores or just to soak up our fabulous situation.

Day 10: Trek to Goro II

Stop At: Baltoro Glacier
This day we follow the moraine edge and climb up on to the glacier. Soon we come have the enchanting view of Mashabrum (7821m) on out right side. Ascending and decending on the mountains of rubbles over the ice we have the glimpse ahead to the peaks which surround Concordia. Goro is the camp name with (4290m) and camping one of the largest glacier outside the polar region with the attracting view of Gashabrum IV (7925m).

Day 11: Trek to Concordia

Stop At: Baltoro Glacier
Today, We hike towards Concordia passing the Golden Throne and Mitre Peak as we enter the arena of the 8,000m/ 26,247ft. Peaks, first Broad Peak 8047m/ 26,400ft. followed by the Gasherbrums and finally K2 8,611m/ 28,251ft. The sheer size and scale of the 8,000m peaks defies description, this is a very special place and for many the view is a lifetime goal. Unlike many other treks to this area, ours continues up to K2 base camp where you will stay for a few days to enjoy the sheer majesty of K2 and its supremacy over this whole region. We will be trekking for 8-10 hours today.

Day 12: Trek to Broad Peak, K2 Base Camp and Gilkey Memorial

Stop At: K2 Mountain, Skardu Karakoram Mountain Range, 16100 Pakistan
Today is the day to walk on Godwin-Austen glacier to the Art Gilkey Memorial just before K2 base camp.We will stop at Broad peak base camp for some lunch and continue hike up to K2 Base camp.
Near the k2 base camp, among the boulder and ice strewn landscape is the Art Gilkey Memorial. This is the place where many climbers life K2 claimed to be a part of history. Plaques and engraved tin plates are attached to a small rocky outcrop at the foot of this great mountain. Today, K2 is above us and we may see some climbing expeditions. We will spend our night at the base camp of this Karakorum giant the king of mountain K2.

Day 13: Trek back to Concordia

Day 14: Trek to Shagaring

Stop At: Baltoro Glacier
Today, while hiking on upper baltoro glacier, we will be enjoy the glimpse of stunnig Baltoro Kungri,Snow Dom, Chogolisa and many more beautiful peaks will be awaiting to catch our eyes.

Day 15: Trek to Gashabrum Base Camp

Stop At: Gasherbrum
Today, we walk towards the Base camp of Gashabrum I & II. Relax and enjoy the day by staring the picturesque view of Gashabrum peak. We spend a night at the Gashabrum base camp exploring the pristine and beautiful alpine surrounding.

Day 16: Trek back to Concordia

Pass By: Gasherbrum V
Trek back to Concordia and rest.

Day 17: Trek to Ali Camp OR Trek back via same route to Goro I

Pass By: Karakoram Mountains, Pakistan
This trek will take around 5 to 7 hours of walking on icy Vigne valley on slightly different route. All Trekkers should walk on rugged ice rather than slippery ice. In case of snow, all participants will use ropes wearing crampons for safety to avoid crevasses.
A man from Khaplu region by name Ali crossed Gandogoro la first time and named this place as “Ali Camp” At the camp, participants will be taught some basic skill useful to cross the gandogoro la.

In case of trek back on same route. Today, the camp will be set at Biano Paro (Goro I)

Day 18: Trek to Khuspung

Pass By: Gondogoro Pass
This day we have to start walking around 2 am late night towards the gandogoro La. Early morning we will be on the top of La to capture the bewitching view of the world high mountains including K2, Broad Peak, Gashabrum I to Gashabrum IV and many more beautiful mountains of Karakorum. Then descend to green Khobursay camp of Hushey valley in another territory of Baltistan.

In case of same route return, the camp will set at Khobursey where we had a camp while going up

Day 19: Rest Day at Khuspung

Pass By: Gondogoro Pass
Wash cloths, get yourself clean. Enjoy dance party with porter, listen music and relax.

In case, if come back via same route, set a camp at Mogrong dera for the night.

Day 20: Trek to Saicho

Stop At: Hushe Valley, Gilgit Pakistan
Today, we walk a long Gondogoro Glacier, initially encountering small crevasses, then hiking on soft Glacier ice. Continuously walking we cross the icy landscapes and step to the meadow and pastureland at Saiescho. On our way we can glimpse many peaks of the surrounding.
Duration: 14 hours

Stop At: Biafo Gyang Glacier
In case of same route back, we camp at Korophong on the edge of Boafo glacier.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 21: Trek to Hushe village for 2 hours and drive to Skardu via Khaplu valley

Pass By: Khaplu, Khaplu, Gilgit-Baltistan
Today, we descend towards Hushe village leaving the stunning view of K6, K7 and link sar. Drive for Skardu having lunch at Khaplu valley, the sub division and one of the most beautiful city in the heart of Karakoram.

Pass By: Askole
In case of same route back, walk to Askoli for 2-3 hous and drive for Skardu

Day 22: Contingency day for possible delays

Pass By: Deosai National Park, Deosai Park Rd, Skardu Pakistan
We have this contingency day for possible delays or road blockage due to Skardu, Gilgit road construction which will be completed in 2021.The day you can enjoy relaxing in Skardu or explore the Deosai plane.

Day 23: Drive for Chilas Via Karakorum Highway

Stop At: Chilas, Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan
We complete to Chilas our journey in around 10 hours passing Roundo valley and the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. You will look back in awe and reflect on what an amazing civil engineering achievement the Karakoram Highway was in its time. You will have crossed the point where four great continental plates come together forming four of the world’s greatest mountain ranges (Himalaya, Karakoram, Hindukush the Pamir)

Day 24: Drive to Tato village and hike to fairy meadow

Stop At: Fairy Meadows
Today jeep will drive us to Tatu village and we walk for 2-3 hours from here to fairy meadow. Enjoy the bonfire and stay in a beautiful cottage.The beautiful Nanga Perbat reflection can be seen in the nearby lakes on sunny weather.

Day 25: Trek to Nange Perbat Base Camp

Pass By: Nanga Parbat, Astore Pakistan

Tea/refreshments at Base Camp/photography/site-seeing/visit of memorials Stay at Base Camp for 01 hrs
Return to Fairy Meadows at 06.00 pm approx
